<h3>Fighting for Our Community</h3><p>The role of Precinct Organizer (PO, formerly known as Precinct Committee Person, or PCP) is at the core of political party activity; it’s our ground game. As a PO, you are a representative of the Adams County Democratic Party in your precinct, or neighborhood.&nbsp;</p><p>Elections are truly won or lost in precincts, especially in Adams County, and POs are vital to ensuring strong Democratic support for Democratic candidates and issues.</p><p>The primary role of the PO for each precinct is to work together; to serve as the connection between the Democratic Party, the voters, and our Democratic elected officials; and to represent your entire precinct within the Party.</p><p>Being a Precinct Organizer isn't just about politics—it's about being a good neighbor. It’s about listening, connecting, and ensuring every voice in your community is heard. </p>
