<h3>Fighting for Our Community</h3>The role of Precinct Organizer (PO, formerly known as Precinct Committee Person, or PCP) is at the core of political party activity; it’s our ground game. As a PO, you are a representative of the Adams County Democratic Party in your precinct, or neighborhood.&nbsp;Elections are truly won or lost in precincts, especially in Adams County, and POs are vital to ensuring strong Democratic support for Democratic candidates and issues.The primary role of the PO for each precinct is to work together; to serve as the connection between the Democratic Party, the voters, and our Democratic elected officials; and to represent your entire precinct within the Party.Being a Precinct Organizer isn't just about politics—it's about being a good neighbor. It’s about listening, connecting, and ensuring every voice in your community is heard.
