If you are registered as a Democrat in Adams County, you are automatically a member of the Adams County Democratic Party.   You are welcome to attend the monthly Executive Board meeting of the officers, captains and co-captains, and elected officials.

AD-DEMS TO THE FAIR ON AUG. 5
Thursday, August 5, Adams County Democratic Party Fair Booth starting at 6 p.m. Ad-Dems will greet Adams County fairgoers. The regular meeting will start at 7:30 p.m. This is a great opportunity to visit the Fair.

CENTRAL CITY ON AUG. 8
Sunday, August 8 the Masonic Lodge in Central City has invited Ad-Dems and friends to the annual pig roast. Starting at 11 a.m. we will have a tour of the newspaper and print shop housed in the Masonic Lodge historic building, a history of the Lodge, then a great meal for a $10 donation to the Lodge. Free transportation arrangements to and from the Century Casino and the Masonic Lodge will be available. You are on your own for transportation to Century Casino. ADVENTURE GOLF ON SEPT. 2
Thursday, September 2, Ad-Dems will play the course at Adventure Golf. We need tee sponsors, players, and good weather.

OKTOBERFEST AT THE EDELWEISS
A Saturday evening in October will see Ad-Dems at the Edelweiss Club in Commerce City for Ok-toberfest.

AD-DEMS TO TUTANKHAMUN EXHIBIT
Save Friday, November 5 for an Ad-Dems visit to the Denver Art Museum and the Tutankhamun exhibit. Ad-Dems has reservations for 30 for the 7 p.m. entrance. If you plan to join us in this adventure, please call Sharon Richardson 303-427-4086, Ann Ragsdale 303-429-8582 or me at 303-429-1882 so you can be included. Tickets to this fine exhibit are going fast. The cost is $30 for the exhibit, audio and movie.

ANNUAL HOLIDAY DINNER PLANNED FOR DEC. 2
December 2 will be the Annual Ad-Dems Holiday Dinner at Ciancio's Restaurant at Hyland Hills with $16 per person for dinner. Gather your auction items for this fun event.

Thursday, June 3, Denver City Auditor and Historian Dennis Gallagher addressed a full house at Headquarters for his talk on the history of the KKK in Colorado. Thanks, Dennis for the information!
